What time is check-in and check-out?
Check-in begins at 3:00 PM.
Check-out is at 11:00 AM.
For early check-in or late check-out requests, please contact the front desk prior to arrival.


Is breakfast included with my stay?
Yes, a boxed breakfast is included with your stay up until June 1, 2026.


How do I make a reservation?
Reservations can be made online through our booking system or by calling us directly at (410) 886-1170.
A reservation is only valid once a confirmation number has been issued.


What forms of payment are accepted?
A credit card is required to secure all reservations.
Reservations are charged in USD.


What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellation policies may vary depending on your reservation. Please refer to your reservation confirmation for details and retain your cancellation number for your records.


Can I modify my reservation?
Changes to arrival date, departure date, or room type are subject to availability and may result in a rate change or service fee.
Please contact us directly to make any changes.


Is there a fee for early departure?
If you depart earlier than your confirmed departure date, an early departure fee may apply.


Do you allow dogs?
Yes, dogs are permitted in select rooms.
A fee of $60/dog per day applies. Additional cleaning or damage deposits may be required and will be identified at booking.


Do you have parking available?
Yes, parking is available on-site. Please note that the parking area is not supervised.


Can I rent a bike?
Yes, rentals are now available at the Tilghman Island Inn via Fin Outdoor Recreation.


Can I arrive by boat?
Yes, the Inn offers transient boat slips for guests arriving by water with a charge for overnight docking. Please call for more information and fees.


Are special requests guaranteed?
We will do our best to accommodate special requests, such as room or bed type, but they are not guaranteed until confirmed.


Are there additional charges or taxes?
Room rates are based on occupancy and do not include applicable taxes or service charges unless otherwise stated. Taxes and fees are subject to change.


Are children allowed to stay at the Inn?
Reservations must be made by individuals 18 years or older. The adult making the reservation is responsible for any minors.


Can I book the entire Inn for exclusive use and events?
Yes, please call for more information.


Is the restaurant open?
The restaurant is currently closed but there are nearby options.


When is the pool open?
The pool is open from Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day weekend.


Do you have boat rentals available?
We do not, but Tilghman Island Marina is next door and has rentals. Please call the marina directly and in advance to reserve.


Is the Inn responsible for lost or damaged items?
The Inn is not responsible for valuables stored in rooms, vehicles, or the parking area. Safety deposit options may be available upon request.
